Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is simple and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Accompanied by fried burdock root, it is like an accompaniment to sake and sake is an accompaniment to burdock root. ドフラミンゴSHIGA's BAR🍶 "Here in Shiga
Omi Local Sake Takeuchi Sake Brewery Limited Comparison Set 🍶. まーくんThis is a sake from Shiga Prefecture that I have not had very often. You first get a sense of the riceiness that comes from the authentic Yamada-Nishiki. It tastes slightly different from the light, refreshing Niigata-style sake that we often get. I first drank it cold, but it tasted sweeter at room temperature. I bought it for the first time at a sake shop in Tsurumi, which seemed like a nice store, but it was quite difficult to find a place to park the car. SatochanDry and tasty
Sweet aroma, soft attack. Taste: dry and almost umami. It is easy to drink and leaves a rich taste in the throat.
When paired with the accompanying hamo tempura, the delicious flavor will spread. まさまさI've never had a sake before, so here it is this time ✨.
I tried it with no prerequisite knowledge and it is a rich and robust tasting sake 🤔.
It gives the impression of a traditional, royal sake.
I have the impression that the umami of the rice comes to the front rather than the fruitiness.
Personally, I have the impression that it would be delicious if it were heated up 😆.
I drank it all before heating it up 😂. DRYJunmai Daiginjo Meitetsu Unfiltered Nama-shu
Slight sweetness from the mouthfeel that feels quite melon. A lingering bitterness. I like it a lot. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
