たけさちMy partner, who is into raw sake, picked this sake for me. It is a little sweet for me, but the first and second cups were the most delicious, fresh out of the cellar at 6 degrees Celsius. Today, I served it with bitter gourd stir-fry and garlic shrimp. I had to drink it as soon as possible because it was freshly squeezed! I finished it, but I liked the taste when it was cold ^_^.

たけさちI drank it at the store and it was good, but expensive, so I bought it for home! It's full-bodied and dry with a solid body. It is independent enough to be served with any entrée. But it has a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it without getting tired of it.

たけさちThe first glass of chilled sake has a fresh aroma and a nice mouthfeel. It has a pleasant aroma that lingers in the nose until the end, even though it has a sake-like feel, as if to say ❤️I am a sake ❤️. Today we had a lot of meat, shrimp, and other stuff on the hot plate, but the sake was as good as it gets! I also had some refreshing dishes like raw white fish and Korean seaweed, and it was perfect with lamb chops ❤️🤤.

たけさちThe nose is fruity and refreshing. The aftertaste is bitter and has a nice lingering aftertaste after the dry and refreshing ✨. I don't even know what it is, but I know it's my favorite type! Tonight I had a discount on the yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper) and black pepper grilled chicken wings, and I think it was the best match for a punchy entrée.
