Dry junmai ginjo.
The first glass of chilled sake is dry, crisp, and light; the second glass and the change of temperature in the glass gives it a richness and a nice sweetness... I don't know, but it's delicious and I realized it's my kind of sake!
This sake ranks high on my personal favorite sake list 😎.
Today I had it with pork shabu-shabu.
