It has a robust acidity and umami that is nurtured by natural lactic acid bacteria, and its clear, uncluttered taste goes well with both Japanese and Western food. It has a modern taste that is both old and new.
I enjoyed the YOKOYAMA SILVER Hiyaoroshi, so I tried this one as well.
It was delicious with a refreshing and crisp taste, but I personally like the aromatic type, so I didn't like it much.
