I had only had summer junmai ginjo. Unlike the cute pop labels of summer, this label is simple. And yet, it's dusty and comforting with a rabbit holding a boar's mouth and a tokkuri to let us know that the fall sake is ready to be served.

The second drink of the day is a stablemate in the south. A sake that has the best of both worlds! I would like to recommend this sake to my friends who can drink but have never tried sake. Is that too extravagant? But if you want someone to like sake, this is the one to try. I couldn't resist and made plans to go back to Kochi! I'm looking forward to it too much!

For autumn sake It's been a long time since I drank Yamahai, but I can't get enough of it! It's been a long time since I've had one with this much color! Brown sugar... beet sugar? Sugar beet? It has a beautiful but honest sweetness! Sake is fun and delicious!
