It was on the menu and I didn't hesitate. I haven't had it in I don't know how long. It's surprisingly tasty, but it goes down your throat without any tanginess. It was so surprisingly delicious, yet it went down my throat so smoothly without any cloying taste at all! What a beautiful sake! I'm so happy!

The store owner went out of his way to stock it for me! I'm so happy! What's more, I was able to open the bottle when I went out for a drink with a friend who happened to be impressed after drinking this sake with me the summer before last. I am very grateful to the store for their thoughtfulness.

At the last sake brewery drinking contest, I was lucky enough to find some of the sake that I gave up because I was too sick to drink. Luckily, I heard that there was some sake left over from the last sake brewery drinking contest. When I visited the store, I was told that there were some sakes that were not offered on the sake comparison day. Thank goodness for such a luxurious sake comparison.
