The owner of the restaurant I often visit said he was most impressed with this sake.
I had seen Abu-no-Tsuru before, but not Doten-Sen. Encounters come out of the blue, don't they?
The aroma is refreshing. When you include it, it is very elegant and sweet. It tastes like grapefruit sprinkled with fine sugar.
