It is purchased at the direct store and Kajiya of the Suwa sake brewery that also appeared in "Natsuko's sake". The contrast between the illustration of Suwa-musume and the edamame (green soybeans) was just right, so I bought the label. The slightly low alcohol content does not interfere with the snacks, making it a versatile sake that goes well with edamame. Slightly dry
