Purchased at Seicomart Bikuni store. A Shakotan-only sake that was taken over by the Tanaka Brewery in Otaru after the Shirakata Brewery went out of business. It has a strong alcoholic taste after the rice flavor, but it is surprisingly refreshing. I think it goes well with Shakotan's specialty, unotan (sea urchin) and smoked fish,
