I looked up snacks that go well with it and tried again! Last time it was a light chicken nabe, so it was a bit unbalanced. I learned a lot about how this can happen, even though both the sake and the nabe are delicious! Today, it's karaage! There's a bitterness sitting behind the mellowness and slight sweetness. I only know dry as Asahi Super Dry, but I wonder if it is a beer-like bitterness! It goes great with salted karaage! Light and juicy karaage goes well with sweet and bitter dry sake! I mean, after a week, the pieces of rice on the bottle are too bad!

I'm reposting this because I found the issue! White~! What a surprise! They said it was dry, but when I put it in my mouth... What can I say, it's not sugar, it's mirin-like sweetness and.., And the airy feeling as if you put something dry in your mouth? (Because it's so damn cloudy?). After drinking it, there was a momentary sweetness in my throat, then came a bitter taste that felt like alcohol, and then nothing! It refreshes my mouth so much! It's my first time tasting it and I'm enjoying it! Postscript! The airiness is similar to vodka! It's like that feeling you get on your upper jaw after drinking a strong drink.

The amount of lees was so large that it was difficult to stir. It is a dry sake with plenty of nigori. After a firm sharpness comes a thickening of the lees. When poured, it is surprisingly pure white. It may take some getting used to, but it is a deliciously different kind of sake. It is dry and goes well with rice. ★★★★
