The second local brewery in Kanagawa! Mori Masu from Koganei Shuzo in Atsugi. 100% Miyamanishiki Special Junmai. The taste is, in my opinion, "Balancer of the year". The rice flavor spreads in your mouth, and the various flavors and aromas come together to create a refreshing finish. The crisp aftertaste is exquisite❗You got it, KANAGAWA(^o^)/ I'd like to find more of these delicious gems!

Thank you for your comment, Kanon! I remember about 20 years ago, I used to go to Koganei Shuzo for work, and I remember seeing "Morimasu" signs everywhere, so I bought one because I missed it ✨
