I found this sake from Yamagata at Vinos Yamazaki. I bought it because of its imposing label. The aroma is wonderfully sweet and delicate, with a special Daiginjo aroma. The taste is a miraculous explosion of rich flavor! Sweetness and a hint of mildness swirl around in your mouth, with a nice gentle aftertaste at the end! It was pleasantly received ✨.
