I popped into a nearby wine shop and found a bottle of sake that I was really interested in and bought it on impulse! The main shop is located in Shizuoka, so they had a wide range of sake from the prefecture. Among them, this Hatsukame stood out. The taste was clear and smooth, just like a ginjo sake, and the flavor was outstanding! It's been a long time since I've had a saké in Shizuoka, but maybe the water is so rich that one sip will make your heart skip a beat ✨ The manufacturer of this saké is Okabe Town, where my soccer buddy is from, so I imagined him as my friend (lol).

Rich in flavor. The acidity, sharpness and fruity that comes along with the rest was superb! The perfect balance was wonderful. And the aroma was as sweet as strawberry shortcake, which was also impressive. I'd like to keep drinking Hanoon Shuzo! Also, I love soccer, PIPI, and I'm a passionate supporter of you! The national team is going to be amazing for the next 15 years. I'm looking forward to it ☺️.

The face on the printed bottle is so cool that I bought the jackets for an instant decision. First time I've ever had a Shiga drink and I'm looking forward to it! Taste. Rich flavor spreads in the mouth, and at the same time, it has a fruity taste. Then it's so sharp that you'll want to drink it again. It was a delicious gem!
