I drank it on a trip. I drank it with a nice meal after taking a hot spring bath, so I can't really give you a proper impression of it, but it was delicious without being peculiar! It goes well with meals! I'd like to drink it on a regular basis.

Junmai Ginjo of Kubota Senju. I heard that Junmai is a bit rare. It's been so hot lately that I've been drinking a lot of beer, so my first impression of sake was that it tasted like this. It's not very Junmai-like, is it? I thought it would be served at a restaurant that serves a course meal. In other words, it's elegant and can be enjoyed by everyone. The color is clear and beautiful.

It's rather light. It's pure rice, but it's also quite crisp. My family says it's the best sake they've ever had. The cherry blossom label is cute 🌸 Is it available all year round?

I think it's dry. It doesn't seem to be light. Slightly mellow? From the second day after opening, the sweetness of the rice increased and became delicious. It goes well with meals.

This is the sake after drinking the Kubota Senju without much impression. Oh, so this is what mellow is! I thought. On the other hand, I understood that the reason I didn't have any impressions of Senju was because it was plain. I seem to like the mellow one better. I think it's more like sake. Mellow ✖️Normal sake. As it says on the bottle, it is good for everyday drinking.

I'm sure it's delicious, but I can't seem to get the right impression of it no matter how many times I drink it. I don't know why. I'm not sure. It does have a quality feel to it. It's easy to drink. You forget you're drinking it while you're talking. Does it go well with food? I don't think so.

This is the first time to drink it properly. This is my first time to drink it properly. It has a sweet taste with a real sense of fruit. I guess you could call it mellow. But it is different from the trendy and refreshing feeling. My family said it was like wine. Is that so? And it seems this is the cheapest sake in the Ottersai range. Even though the rice polishing ratio is 45. That's bull!

It is distributed only in Yuzawa city, and it is the most popular in Izakaya in the city. It is easy to drink. Dry taste. But gentle. Refreshing. When I tried drinking it without any previous information, I thought it was Ginjo? But it seems to be ordinary sake. And it is cheap. I still don't know what Ginjo is yet🌀

It's been a long time since I've had one of these (since Yuki no Kayasha, according to Sake-no-Wa records), but oh! It's gorgeous, but not overly modern, and it's easy to drink and elegant, with a good taste of rice. The ingredients are rice and rice koji, so is it pure rice? Or is it Ginjo because the rice polishing ratio is 60? The ingredients are rice and rice kouji, so Junmai? It's in a green bottle, so is it a raw sake? (But whether it's once or twice is a mystery.) I wonder if they're being particular and not writing it down. It's a sake with many mysteries in the labeling.

This sake is sold at a business supermarket. I bought it to see what it was like. It's really strong! Refreshing! No depth! I had the impression that it was a strong type of chuhai. However, it's surprisingly good as a mid-meal drink. It's also good served hot. It's not to be underestimated.

It's refreshing. It's crisp and doesn't have much of a Junmai feel (rice and mellowness). It also has a bit of bitterness. The regular sake of the same brand was good when heated, but I wonder if this is the same.

On the first day I opened it, I thought it didn't taste that good because it had the characteristics of a daiginjo, but the next day I drank it and thought, "Oh, that's not so bad. And when I drank it a week later, was it good? Does the mellowness and sweetness come out? It was a strange sake.

It said it was best served hot or lukewarm, so I did just that. I wonder... 😌Classic, but with a very elegant aftertaste. I like it. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's still good to follow the recommendation ^_^.

Mild. Plump. Gentle. It's different from the Bishu that I was drinking a while ago. Delicious. I've heard it won a gold medal in a heated sake contest, so I'm looking forward to heating it up. It's a good thing that it's warmed up because it's so easy to drink, or maybe it's because I drank so much.

I had the same brand of junmai sake a while back and it was totally different! It has a strong ginjo aroma and quite a bit of acidity. The junmai sake was easy to drink anyway, but it's not like that. I was surprised at how different it was just by being a ginjo sake. But I like the taste of both of them.

Ordinary sake. It is described as light and dry. It has a sweetness of the rice. I thought it was easy to drink (yes, it's light) and delicious, but my family said other Niigata Sake was better.

It has a roughness that is typical of unpasteurized sake. It is unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but it tastes like a traditional Japanese sake.
