It's been a long time since I've had one of these (since Yuki no Kayasha, according to Sake-no-Wa records), but oh! It's gorgeous, but not overly modern, and it's easy to drink and elegant, with a good taste of rice. The ingredients are rice and rice koji, so is it pure rice? Or is it Ginjo because the rice polishing ratio is 60? The ingredients are rice and rice kouji, so Junmai? It's in a green bottle, so is it a raw sake? (But whether it's once or twice is a mystery.) I wonder if they're being particular and not writing it down. It's a sake with many mysteries in the labeling.
