The first sip tastes like a mild fruit. It has a refreshing taste like an apple. Is this what a ginjo is called? I am not sure about the hiyaoroshi-ness yet. I wonder if the bitterness comes out when I'm eating a meal. Delicious before a meal!

It is a light and delicious sake. It has sourness and bitterness. Especially at the first sip, you can feel the sour taste. I didn't think it was very good at first, but as I was eating my meal, it tasted better and better ✨ But I do not understand what umikuchi is yet. I think cold (room temperature) is good.

Hakkaisan Normal Sake They say it is a typical light and dry taste of Niigata. It is not spectacular, but there is a faint sweetness and bitterness in a refreshing taste. It's not too bold, so it goes well with meals.
