Junmai Ginjo of Kubota Senju. I heard that Junmai is a bit rare.
It's been so hot lately that I've been drinking a lot of beer, so my first impression of sake was that it tasted like this.
It's not very Junmai-like, is it?
I thought it would be served at a restaurant that serves a course meal. In other words, it's elegant and can be enjoyed by everyone.
