Sparkling sake with 5% alcohol by volume. I drank it straight from the bottle, so I couldn't smell much, but it had a sweet, refreshing acidity with a slight milky flavor that went well with ice cream. ☺️ The strength of the carbonation is similar to that of Mio Sparkling, but there is no tanginess at all and it is very easy to drink! I wish I could have had it in summer! The aftertaste has a slight acidity and astringency like Shinsei, and I wonder if it is a generic Shinsei Ecru. Compared to Shinsei, it tastes a bit milder, but that's how I feel about it. On a side note, when I bought the bottle thinking it contained sake, it came with a bottle of sake, so I thought it was like that.

It has a solid, robust flavor, a very delicate astringency with a slight shadow, and an overwhelmingly gentle aftertaste with a light sweetness and its subtlety, the sweetness gently slipping away...

The aroma is light and floral, more than a fruit aroma, it smells like flowers...! It smells like the honey of legume flowers such as lotus root and Fuji, and the middle part has a thick aromatic flavor like Kyoho grapes, with a little bit of acidity and astringency. The smooth flow from there to the fluffy sweetness that quickly fades away in the aftertaste makes it a very tasty sake.... I found a sake I really like...! The reading is "Zarusou Hourai". I couldn't read it, diligence.

The white one on the right is a rare sake! The ginjo aroma is sweet like Saku. The sweetness is moderate, the umami is strong, and there is an aftertaste like Shinmasa with a hint of muscat, and the aftertaste may be sharp! Slightly salty minerality?

The aroma was certainly subdued. The first taste is quite refreshing. It is not full-bodied, but the umami and acidity come later. I like this taste a lot. I thought I could drink this by itself without any snacks.

The sake is sweet but has a strong bitter and astringent taste afterwards. I didn't feel the acidity as much as I would have liked... The sake is not very high in sake, but I think I can feel the alcohol taste.
