It is not too sweet and the flavor of rice can be felt. It is a sake that goes down smoothly and can be drunk rapidly. I think it goes well with any dishes.
If you're going to do it with fish, do it at Hitakami! As I had mentioned above, we had this with bonito tataki and sea bream araotaki. The dish was refreshing, yet flavorful, and perfect for fish.
This sake was given to me at a friend's house. I didn't have an image of Kumamoto as a sake brewery, but it is a delicious sake that is very easy to drink.
It is like a sweet white wine. With an alcohol content of 9 degrees, it can be drunk easily. It is more of an aperitif or dessert drink than a food wine.
During my trip, I went to the 7-Eleven in Tsudanuma to buy some. The selection is really not like a convenience store!
The sake was fruity and easy to drink.
