If you're going to do it with fish, do it at Hitakami! As I had mentioned above, we had this with bonito tataki and sea bream araotaki. The dish was refreshing, yet flavorful, and perfect for fish.
This sake was given to me at a friend's house. I didn't have an image of Kumamoto as a sake brewery, but it is a delicious sake that is very easy to drink.
It is like a sweet white wine. With an alcohol content of 9 degrees, it can be drunk easily. It is more of an aperitif or dessert drink than a food wine.
During my trip, I went to the 7-Eleven in Tsudanuma to buy some. The selection is really not like a convenience store!
The sake was fruity and easy to drink.
Low alcohol and easy to drink like a lactic acid drink. Girls love it! Drinking it on the rocks as recommended, it is refreshing and makes you forget the heat of the day. Be careful not to drink too much.
