A sake that can be drunk like water. (It is different from Hakurakusei, "Tankara" = light and dry) Although the alcoholic taste is a little prominent but it is super refreshing. A beautiful sake. Kubota was the first sake we reviewed at Robinfudo. It's a very memorable sake.

The taste is sweet, but mature. Slightly fizzy and refreshing. Good crispness. Slightly sticky sweetness, but fresh. I would recommend it to people who like the brewer Kupeiji. It was the first new sake of the season.

Slight gasiness. Interesting aftertaste. It looks like it's brewed in natural Akita cedar barrels that can no longer be logged. The moment you take a sip, you can feel the fruity taste, but overall the taste is strong. It will go well with strong snacks.
