I couldn't drink it at Christmas, but drank it after New Year's! It's a bit too sweet. It's delicious, but it's not the best match for yellowtail 💦.

It's been a long time since I've had Shinsei. I had kept it in the fridge, but I bought some good meat, so I opened it. It is still delicious! I wish it were easier to find, but it's a very annoying sake.
