Slightly effervescent taste. Note that the lid empties vigorously. It is a very clear sake. The sweetness is elegant without being sticky. Perfect for summer!
In contrast to its transparent appearance, the taste is rich right from the start. However, it surprisingly does not linger. It fits well with the white packaging.
The moment you drink it, you feel a slight carbonation. Is this the effect of the super-fast immediate filling? It is lighter and easier to drink than Daiginjo. 13.5 degrees? Really?
It is a hanami sake version of that famous sake Kamizen. I thought it might be a bit sticky, but when I drank it, I found it to be slightly sweet and interestingly finished!
