Tried this on my wife’s birthday, and it is one my favorites! 辛口(spicy) with a great aftertaste of rice.

This sake was a gift. It is elegant and light in flavor, but has a strong aftertaste. You can taste its clarity and acidity at the same time.

Brilliant aroma and crisp, dry taste.
It was delicious and could be drunk in large gulps.
We visited Ishikawa Sake Brewery to purchase it and paired it with smoked cheese made with cherry chips from Tama, which we also purchased.
The flavor was rich and delicious. Perfect with beer.
Ishikawa Brewery also serves local beers such as Tama no Megumi and TOKYO BLUES, so I think I will buy beer next time.
