This was my first time drinking it. I was looking forward to opening the package because this brand was introduced as the best in the world (for the contributor) on Sakelabo. It's fruity and very tasty. I can drink as many cups as I want. I would like to repeat it again.

It was recommended to me when I went to a sake shop a long time ago. At the time, I only thought it was delicious, but with this app I found out it was a popular sake. It tastes fruity, easy to drink, and delicious! A little over 1,000 yen for this flavor is a great price!

In time for the New Year, I opened a bottle of my favorite sake that I bought at the end of the year (^o^) I had never had it before, so I was really looking forward to it. It has a sour taste that is unique to Shinsei, and is very elegant. It's delicious. I'm grateful to be able to drink this popular and rare sake. 2021/1/9 Postscript After a week or so, the sourness became less and the taste became milder. For me, it tasted even better than the first time I drank it.

From the bottle it already looks like a delicious drink (lol). It has a clear mouthfeel and then a clean taste. The sake is crisp and clear, and you can tell that the brewers have put a lot of thought into making it. It's slightly sweet and very tasty! I think the name "Pure Black" expresses the characteristics of the sake very well.

It's refreshing, not quirky, easy to drink and delicious! This was a drink that made my opinion of it grow with each drink. I would like to drink it while eating snacks because the bitterness comes slowly afterwards. It looks like it would go very well with sashimi, but I don't eat it at home most of the time, so I'm sorry I can't try it.

This is the second type of sake to be drunk by Shinsei, following Yonotori. It has a unique feeling that is different from other brands. I feel like I'm drinking Shinsei. Compared to the Yonotori, it has less impact, but it is delicious enough! I thought it would be best to drink it sooner rather than later as the bitterness gets stronger after opening the bottle.

This was my first experience with Shinsei. It was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. The first sip had a huge impact, it's fruity, sweet and sour and delicious. The flavor is a bit like smelling a thinner, lol. I wanted to try a different kind of Shinsei.

お酒の説明欄に、入手困難、期間限定と書いてあり、新聞紙にくるまっているのに釣られて購入しました（笑）匂いは普通、味はちょい辛めで日本酒らしく美味しいです。おつまみと一緒に飲むと、より美味しく感じるお酒だと思います！

五十嵐は福山雅治が愛飲しているらしく、すごく気になっていました。(酒屋で噂を聞いただけなのであくまで参考程度に) 炭酸と透明感とスッキリ感。甘さもあり美味しいです。開栓後は横にしたらダメだったみたいですが、横で保存してたせいか最初に飲んだ時と味が変わった気がします。

500ml1000円で限定流通品とのことで購入してみました。米の甘さの後、喉がかーっとなる熱さを感じます。美味しいです。 takachiyoは、 ・酒米を変えた様々なバリエーションあり ・全種類無調整生酒 ・全種類を同じ酵母・同じ精米歩合・同じ精米方法 らしいので酒米による違いを楽しむのによさそうです。
