This is the second type of sake to be drunk by Shinsei, following Yonotori. It has a unique feeling that is different from other brands. I feel like I'm drinking Shinsei. Compared to the Yonotori, it has less impact, but it is delicious enough! I thought it would be best to drink it sooner rather than later as the bitterness gets stronger after opening the bottle.
