From the bottle it already looks like a delicious drink (lol).
It has a clear mouthfeel and then a clean taste. The sake is crisp and clear, and you can tell that the brewers have put a lot of thought into making it. It's slightly sweet and very tasty! I think the name "Pure Black" expresses the characteristics of the sake very well.
