This was my first experience with Shinsei. It was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. The first sip had a huge impact, it's fruity, sweet and sour and delicious. The flavor is a bit like smelling a thinner, lol. I wanted to try a different kind of Shinsei.

It has a thick mouthfeel, followed by a subtle sweetness. It has a slightly tangy aftertaste and is simply delicious. This is definitely a "beauty" saké. I'd buy it again!

Brewer's kuheiji...it doesn't sound like a very tasty name, but it's delicious...well-balanced and light. I think it's an interesting brew that tastes a little bit different after you open it!

The brand I drank before was delicious, so I changed the lineup and bought it again. It took me an hour to drink it, so I forgot how good it tasted right after I opened the bottle (sweat)---but it was always good.

お酒の説明欄に、入手困難、期間限定と書いてあり、新聞紙にくるまっているのに釣られて購入しました（笑）匂いは普通、味はちょい辛めで日本酒らしく美味しいです。おつまみと一緒に飲むと、より美味しく感じるお酒だと思います！

開栓した時、甘酒のようないい香りがしました。味は甘めで飲みやすく、すごく美味しいかったです。女性が好きそうな味かなと思います。他の種類の不動にも興味がわいたので、いろいろ比べてみようと思います。

五十嵐は福山雅治が愛飲しているらしく、すごく気になっていました。(酒屋で噂を聞いただけなのであくまで参考程度に) 炭酸と透明感とスッキリ感。甘さもあり美味しいです。開栓後は横にしたらダメだったみたいですが、横で保存してたせいか最初に飲んだ時と味が変わった気がします。

500ml1000円で限定流通品とのことで購入してみました。米の甘さの後、喉がかーっとなる熱さを感じます。美味しいです。 takachiyoは、 ・酒米を変えた様々なバリエーションあり ・全種類無調整生酒 ・全種類を同じ酵母・同じ精米歩合・同じ精米方法 らしいので酒米による違いを楽しむのによさそうです。

とあるお店の飲み放題メニューにあったので迷わず飲みました。はじめて飲みましたが、柔らかい口当たりで美味しかったです。クセがあまりない感じ。わりと高めのお酒なのでもっと飲めばよかったと後悔です（笑）

匂いは控えめ。ピリッとした後、お米の甘みも感じられるお酒。すっきりしてるけど後味は少しアルコール感あり。日本酒飲んでるって感じがします。美味しいです。買ったのはイエローですけど、オレンジが美味しいとの噂です。
