深海6500I requested a modern, sweet sake and got a recommendation. Ras 1 of the store. First of all, the aroma is terrific. Mellow taste, little bitterness. Number 1 has a strong and pleasant aroma that lingers in the nose after drinking. Delicious. A little gas on the tongue is also pleasant. My favorite sake. Want to buy repeat. For snacks, boiled firefly squid with ponzu (Japanese sauce) and maitake mushroom soup.

深海6500The first Yamahai. It was recommended to me as a modern sake. The mouthfeel is light, The tongue tingles and there is a fizzy feeling. It is light, but the aroma lingers in the mouth after drinking, and the aftertaste is great. At 13 degrees alcohol by volume, it is low in alcohol content, so it is easy to drink too much of it.

深海6500On my way home from a business trip, I went to a liquor store in Yonezawa where I bought Gazanryu, This was my second visit. I had never heard of this brand. The aroma is stronger than Gazanryu. It is definitely delicious. It is fresh and crisp, but has a nice flavor. It is like a sweet sake. We had bonito tataki, grilled yam, and grilled shiitake mushroom as snacks. The high alcohol content makes you feel drunk. Although it is not supposed to be sparkling, the sensation on the tongue is pleasant.

深海6500Sake beginner. When I requested for a sake with a gaseous taste, this was the sake recommended by the liquor store. It was gassy beyond my expectations. I thought it was a sweet sake, but it was crisp. Is this sourness? Bitterness? Nice aroma, not too sweet. Something different from the sake I've had before. It is delicious, so be careful not to drink too much.
