First Tokushima!
A little yellowish in color. The aroma is mildly sweet.
It has a unique taste when drunk as it is, and it is very good with bonito or sashimi. It is a sake to be drunk with food.
I hadn't drunk a lot of sake from Kanagawa, but I bought it on the spot from a liquor store I often go to, and I was right!
It's very refreshing and not too sweet, like Calpis soda, or even like a snowman. I should have gotten my hands on it sooner.
I went to my usual liquor store and chose a brand I've never had before. It's a delicious sake that is refreshing and has no nasty taste. There is not much acidity or bitterness, and it is gentle.
My first kabuto mushi. It is indeed refreshing and delicious. Lemon squash? Maybe not as sour as lemon squash. I drank Akabu SAKURA before this one, but it's in the same family as this one, and I personally prefer Akabu. (laughs)
Originally I was going to bring this back to my hometown to drink with friends during GW, but I couldn't resist and opened a bottle by myself.
The aroma is mild, not too much, and the sweetness and acidity are delicious. I'll have it next year with a friend.
A collaboration work with Hidehiko Matsumoto. A beautiful sake.
The spiciness is pleasant, and the aftertaste is clean and dry. If you imagine a flowery aroma, it gives a different impression.
I'm going to pick up a bottle of Hououmita's Sake Mirai next time, so I opened a bottle of the Kuroban I had in the fridge! It has a muscat-like aroma, and the mouthfeel is umami, sweet, and juicy. It's so good!
A fruity, juicy, sweet drink. It's definitely apple if you think of it as apple.
I thought it would be especially good if it was available at the beginning of a fun event or something. Not a drink for an old man to drink alone in the middle of the night (laughs).
It has a pleasant gassy feeling and juiciness! Because it was a Kochi sake, I thought it would be a bit drier or more refreshing, so it was unexpected in a good way.
It was delicious!
The aroma is fruity, and when you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly gassy. It is sweet but refreshing because of this gas. It's a perfect example of "summer nama". Delicious!
I got Tsuchida, which I was curious about.
I don't feel the sourness as much as I thought I would, but when I try to taste it "with my gums" as it says, it's amazing. It's a type of bitterness that's good while being clean.
