Like a carbonated lactobacillus drink? It's delicious! It's sweet but also a little sour and crisp. I think pickles would go well with it.

It certainly has an interesting mango-y feel to it, not because it tastes like mango, but because of the bitter taste at the end? Very interesting sake! Thick and umakuchi

Delicious, Sweet and sour taste, but the end is mellow. Maybe I'd like to try this with oden? Lychee, pineapple ❌ Pink grapefruit I was surprised at how well crepefruit goes with it.

Steamed eggplant ◎ Beyond Tofu like sea urchin ○ Dried Mexicali Two kinds of pickled plums Pickled cucumber Sparkling, cloudy sake. Caution when opening the bottle. This sake can barely be poured into a glass after opening and closing it about five times. Although the taste was described as dry, it was very tasty with a slight sweetness.

A great selection of sake when we stayed at a minshuku. I drank a four-pack of sake in my room and couldn't drink it at dinner, but the dinner and the sake selection were good, but since it was a guest house, we shared the bathroom and toilet. I drank Hokkaido's Kitashizuku for the first time. It is a sweet sake and I like its taste. Dried Mexicali fish overnight. Honey pickled plums I would have liked to have some traditional snacks to go with sake, but I want to prepare horse sashimi next time.

It may taste even better if you combine it with snacks. If you drink it as it is, it may be too thick and your mouth may taste many different flavors. It was the most acidic sake I've ever had, the snacks that were supposed to be sake didn't match. Umeboshi⭕️ Iwashita fresh ginger❌ Stem turnips❌⭕️ Salami⭕️ Pecan nuts normal Cashew nuts⭕️ Dried oranges⭕️ Sweeter with time

It was very tasty and summery, not like Mimuro cedar, but very summery, with a high aroma and a gorgeous flavor. Kombujime flatfish (sauce is not soy sauce, but yuzu kosho or ume boshi for a refreshing taste)⭕️ Ume-boshi (pickled plum) ⭕️ It might be good as a snack with white wine. Tuna might be ❌ though it goes with everything!

The best sweet sake Ham-based ⭕️ Salmon and barbecue: ⭕️ It is relatively easy to make food combinations. It was better to keep it out of the fridge for a little while than to chill it to the perfect temperature.

The aroma is very strong when you just open the bottle, but afterwards the aroma settles down and you can enjoy the taste of the sake. More than the tip of the tongue, the back of the throat? There's just a little bit of microcarbonation, some lactic acidity. Strong flavor. I'd drink it with fruit: ⭕️ Would April be a good time to drink it? I wanted more acidity when it was getting a little damp and the temperature was rising. Sake to drink while watching cherry blossoms in spring P.S. When I drank it on the second day, the citrus acidity came out and it became very tasty. ‼️ I usually finish it in one day, so it was interesting to see the taste change on the second day.

Be careful when opening the package, as the lid will fly off after the aluminum cap is removed. It is a light lactic acid beverage, sweet, and of course goes well with salted fish, but it is also surprisingly versatile with strawberry cake. Delicious!

leap year complete Stable over time without that much change. I recommend this brand to those who like rich sweet sake, and I also recommend Kijoshu here. I think my favorite is the leap year complete.
