There's just a little bit of microcarbonation, some lactic acidity. Strong flavor. I'd drink it with fruit: ⭕️ Would April be a good time to drink it? I wanted more acidity when it was getting a little damp and the temperature was rising. Sake to drink while watching cherry blossoms in spring P.S. When I drank it on the second day, the citrus acidity came out and it became very tasty. ‼️ I usually finish it in one day, so it was interesting to see the taste change on the second day.
