There's just a little bit of microcarbonation, some lactic acidity. Strong flavor. I'd drink it with fruit: ⭕️ Would April be a good time to drink it? I wanted more acidity when it was getting a little damp and the temperature was rising. Sake to drink while watching cherry blossoms in spring P.S. When I drank it on the second day, the citrus acidity came out and it became very tasty. ‼️ I usually finish it in one day, so it was interesting to see the taste change on the second day.

Be careful when opening the package, as the lid will fly off after the aluminum cap is removed. It is a light lactic acid beverage, sweet, and of course goes well with salted fish, but it is also surprisingly versatile with strawberry cake. Delicious!

leap year complete Stable over time without that much change. I recommend this brand to those who like rich sweet sake, and I also recommend Kijoshu here. I think my favorite is the leap year complete.

I don't feel any special characteristics, but it's not bad but maybe a little too lukewarm, raw salmon or white fish ❌ or dried plums. After 40 minutes, the sweetness starts to come out, and for 1,300 yen for this, it might be a good choice for a mealtime drink. I like rich, sweet sake with a gorgeous aroma.

Yamamoto's favorite brand Strawberry Red was delicious since I first drank it last year. It tastes different from that product, but it is soft and has a gorgeous aroma.
