It was very tasty and summery, not like Mimuro cedar, but very summery, with a high aroma and a gorgeous flavor.
Kombujime flatfish (sauce is not soy sauce, but yuzu kosho or ume boshi for a refreshing taste)⭕️
Ume-boshi (pickled plum) ⭕️
It might be good as a snack with white wine.
Tuna might be ❌ though it goes with everything!
