Today, we are going to compare Shinsei. Actually, I was able to buy it when I went to Tohoku, but I didn't drink it because it was a waste. It's been about a year since I bought it, so it has a mellow taste. It is a little sweeter than Lapis, and has a fresh, gorgeous, milky aroma and acidity that is typical of Shinsei. There is no unpleasantness even if it is made with a traditional yeast mash, and the fact that only the flavor is utilized is as expected, but it is hard to stop. lol
