When poured cold in a glass, it has a strong aroma, but when drunk, it has a nice flavor and is very tasty. Even though it is 80% polished, it has a good aroma and flavor, and is inexpensive, making it a really good sake! I realized that the sake brewing rice is important, but it is not what determines the flavor. It is better to drink it cold because the goodness disappears when it is drunk at room temperature. I will definitely buy this again as a regular at-home drinker. 88 points

When I opened the bottle cold, I could understand why the brewer said on YouTube that this sake was an example of a honjozo that made good use of added alcohol. When I drank it at room temperature the next day, the aroma was nicely rounded out and the taste changed even more to my liking. It was a sake with a high standard of all the averages that changed my concept of honjozo. 85 points

The first sip felt amazing, but as I kept drinking it, the glamour got in the way. I got bored and couldn't drink a lot of it. I was drinking it thinking that it would taste even better if the aroma would disappear a little more nicely. I drank it 3 days after opening the bottle, but the gorgeousness has calmed down and the sweetness has become more pronounced. I guess people who like this sake may like it, but it is not my favorite sake. The rating after opening the bottle was 60 points.
