When I opened the bottle, the smell was strong and it was hard to taste the umami, but after a week in the fridge, the smell was gone and the umami was coming out. It's not very punchy, so it doesn't have much of an impact, but it's really good without being boring 😋I'm jealous that there are liquor stores near here where you can buy it.
