It tastes like a rice wine, but the breadth and aroma in the mouth give it a Jyushidai flavor. It was incredibly tasty. The foie gras bruschetta was so good that I ordered it twice.

Not a secret sake, but a secret sake. One theory is that it is at the level of Ryusen. It is a little-known sake. We purchased it at Ishizawatei in Koenji. We had it opened at a very good izakaya near our new house in Sendai. It was very delicious.
