Junmai-shu
This sake is made from rice grown with high-quality melted snow water deep in the mountains of Numata Town, one of Hokkaido's heaviest snowfall areas, and brewed with great care using the famous water from the Daisetsuzan Mountain Range. The sake is slowly matured in a "snow chamber" in Numata Town under optimal temperature and humidity, resulting in a mellow and flavorful sake.
