When served cold, the aroma is of sake, with a light muscat flavor. Sweetness on the palate, with a touch of acidity at the end, refreshing and easy to drink. When lukewarm, the aroma is sweeter and more like amazake. The sweetness is stronger, but the sourness is more pronounced, with a bitter taste at the end. It is best to drink it cold with rice, or warm it up if you want a spicy snack.

When served cold, the aroma is caramel and red apple. The mouthfeel is sticky sweetness and richness like mirin (sweet sake). To be frank, it is too thick to drink. When lukewarm, the aroma is all caramel. It has a strong sweetness and a sour aftertaste. When heated, it smells like amazake, and even though it is very hot, the alcohol smell is not that strong. The mouthfeel is light sweetness and sourness. It is definitely better when it is warmed up, and it may even be better if it is heated up to the fullest.

When served cold, it has a pineapple aroma, a slightly tangy sourness when you start drinking, followed by a refreshing sweetness. Overall, it is easy to drink with a cider-like mouthfeel. When lukewarm, the aroma has a hint of rice. The taste is strongly sweet, and the acidity weakens slightly. Basically, it is supposed to be drunk crispy cold, but it is interesting even slightly warmed up.

Only served cold as it is a summer sake. The aroma is rather weak, but there are hints of rice and some pineapple. Refreshing sweetness and a bit of sourness at the beginning. Finishes with a firm bitterness. This sake is a good substitute for beer on a summer night. It is refreshing in the mouth, so it would go well with Chinese food.

When served cold, the aroma is sake aroma, faint green apple and creep. When drunk, the first taste is sweetness and umami of rice, followed by a tangy acidity that lasts until the end. When served cold, the umami becomes fuller and the acidity decreases. When heated, the aroma becomes thick like honey and condensed milk, and the mouthfeel is intensely sweet, umami, and sour. The sourness and alcohol taste will disappear when the sake cools down a little, so if you are not a fan of that, lukewarm heating may be a good option. Personally, I enjoyed it cold or hot as recommended by the brewery.
