I received this from a person from Niigata. This is the first time I have seen this sake. It seems that he knows the owner of the brewery. He knew I was a sake lover and he said he'd love to have it.... Thank you 😭 Open the bottle......... A light bitterness after the gentle sweetness... Then, it disappears in a flash... I was eating herring sashimi... It's kind of like it washes away the fat. Strange feeling... I enjoyed it very much😁.

My colleague KTK is my hometown on a trip to Yamagata, my hometown. He bought it for me as a souvenir. It is Tatenogawa. I used to be crazy about Tatenogawa, which is an autumn I was addicted to it. It has been a long time since I have had Tatenogawa. The sourness comes out in full force... The mild taste from the first taste.... I want to enjoy it slowly. 🙆‍♂️

I haven't been to Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Nishi-Hashimoto for a long time. I haven't been able to go there for a while... I wonder if they have it... Here it is: ❗️ Sagaminada Unfiltered Nama Sake Series The last chapter of dry 🍶🙌 Well, this year... the top clearnace first... It's so dry 😵Super Dry🤣! Maze maze....oh it's spicy, but the umami shows its face 🥸... Brewing my favorite cemedine smell. I'd like to have it slowly 🙂. I would like to try heating it up. But... the Sagaminada unfiltered unpasteurized sake series... I couldn't drink Yamadanishiki... That's my only regret... 😭 Sorry Kubota Shuzo 😭 Next time it will be brewed with Sagamihara rice. I'm very much looking forward to it as a gimmotee👍

I bought it March 4. I wanted to drink it right away. I couldn't open it for a long time. After a week, I finally opened it. There seemed to be a possibility of spewing. I always drink it every year when it gets cold 🍶. It was Tasake's special junmai that got me hooked on sake. I got hooked on sake when I was a youngster. When I was young, I didn't like Yamahai because it was too sour. But now that I am older, I understand the taste of Yamahai. Tasake Yamahai's acidity is delicious 😋😋 Hot sake 🍶...hmmm...here it is‼️ It's so good 😋. I put it in the fridge to quit after one gong. I put it away in the fridge but took it out again...ended up with 3 gou 🤣. I have an early day tomorrow, so I'm going to go now...

This sake was released at the beginning of December last year 🍶. New Sake 🍶 comes out with Nigori every year. To Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Nishi-Hashimoto... This year, the nigori is rampant 💪. Here I am! In my wife's mother's hometown. I had to marry my wife to get this highly acclaimed sake... I didn't even know what it was until I married my wife. Sake brewed by Shiina Sake Brewery 🍶. Morohaku, which is only available this time of year We went to a sake shop near my wife's parents' house to get some. I went to Usami Sake Shop near my wife's parents' house to get some Morohaku, which is only brewed during this season. They call me every year to tell me it's about time! Thank you very much 😭 It's not sweet...on the contrary it's spicy❓❓ Sake ministry that brings out the exquisite flavor when mixed with the sake 😭️. R.BASS brought me a bottle of Tenbi. I drank it all down 🤣. Thank you BASS 😊It was delicious! I called Mr. Ohbuchi, who is always a great help to me 🤙 and asked him if he got the Yamahai of Tasake? Akaban Omachi, Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki, Banshu Aiyama, Choshu Yamada Nishiki... All tasted different, but firm and fresh. I pretended to be a connoisseur at first and then I lost my memory.
