I got my long-awaited allowance. I went straight to Ohbuchi Sake Shop 💨. The last time I went to buy sake I was determined to buy the sake 🍶 next time. President Ohbuchi told me it's a very healthy sake. Be careful when you open it: ❗️ Also, the stopper is made of resin, so it's weak. When you put it in the fridge, wrap a towel around it and secure it with a rubber band. Please wrap a towel around the stopper and secure it with a rubber band when you put it in the fridge......is this for real❓ Well then... 🤩‼️ it's so good 😋! I love the super fizzy ‼️ with just the right amount of sweetness! The gentle shwash... It made my mouth feel good! It made my mouth feel good☺️ This may be the best sake of the year 🍶. When I looked at the bottle, the cork was rising fast: ☝️ 😱Seriously, boss~‼️ I wrapped a towel around it tightly and put it in the fridge with a rubber band. This sake is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Sagamihara. We also had the unfiltered version, but this one was fire-brewed. I had an image of Yamada-Nishiki as being sweet, but the flavor was mellow and full-bodied. Gokuri, mmmm, kuuhhh, kahhh! It's like this (laugh). Sorry for the way I express myself as an O-type person.

I went to Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Nishi-Hashimoto I got it from Ohbuchi Sake Brewery in Nishi-Hashimoto. I'm so happy to drink Sagaminada's dry sake without filtration! I'm so happy to be able to drink it unfiltered and unpasteurized. ☺️ Well... let's start with the supernatant first... Mmmm... delicious... It's very dry, but not too dry... but not too spicy, with a tingling and slightly fizzy sensation. Very tasty sake 🍶👍

My favorite Sagaminada 😍. Especially Omachi, which is brewed by Kubota Sake Brewery Kubota Sake Brewery brewed it for me a few years ago 🍶 and I get it every year. I get it every year and it is the best sake 🍶. This year it turned out great again👍

I wanted to drink at home for the first time in a while I bought this... Kurei🍶Tezume Naokumi... It's not a "schwarz" type of sake... The alcohol content is 18... I said drink it 🤣. I drank it 🍶... It's very thick, very thick... A little spicy, mellow and thick 🤣 But there was no super fizz, which I love... But it had none of the ultra-fine sparkle that I love... But it's a very nice taste 👍

It was released about a month ago. It is a new sake from our beloved Sagaminada. It is an unfiltered nigori (nigori is the color of the sake), which is an annual event. We were so busy that we couldn't go to get it. It was finally served today at Ohbuchi Sake Brewery in Nishi-Hashimoto, Kanagawa Prefecture. ❗️ Finally, I got it today. ✌️ It's been breathing since I got it 🤗. First, the top clear liquid... tangy and sweet! Mixing it all together...mmmm...from tangy to sweet... It turned out to be a perfect balance! The winner!

This will be my first post in a while. This will be the annual Ibaraki's famous sake. It is from the Shiina Sake Brewery in Juoh, Hitachi City. It is only available in this season. It can only be drunk during this season. This year, too, it is stable and fizzy. ‼️ It is very lively 👍. It is nigori, but not sweet. ‼️ I'm going to try heating it up🍶 this year.

I got it without hesitation 👍 Chilled until the evening and did some muscle training first. After I squeeze my body properly.... This is delicious 😋‼️ My favorite ultra-fine sparkling wine is this 👍‼️👍 I can't get enough of it 🤣. A little bit too much drink warning ❗️ I knew it!

I received this from a person from Niigata. This is the first time I have seen this sake. It seems that he knows the owner of the brewery. My colleague KTK is my hometown on a trip to Yamagata, my hometown. He bought it for me as a souvenir. It is Tatenogawa. I used to be crazy about Tatenogawa, which is an autumn I was addicted to it. I haven't been to Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Nishi-Hashimoto for a long time. I haven't been able to go there for a while... I wonder if they have it... Here it is: ❗️ Sagaminada Unfiltered Nama Sake Series The last chapter of dry 🍶🙌 Well, this year... the top clearnace first... It's so dry 😵Super Dry🤣! Maze maze....oh it's spicy, but the umami shows its face 🥸... Brewing my favorite cemedine smell. I'd like to have it slowly 🙂. I would like to try heating it up. But... the Sagaminada unfiltered unpasteurized sake series... I couldn't drink Yamadanishiki... That's my only regret... 😭 Sorry Kubota Shuzo 😭 Next time it will be brewed with Sagamihara rice. I'm very much looking forward to it as a gimmotee👍

Drinking with R.BASS in Sendai last year. The drink that dismembered my memory and body 🍶. I was waiting for BASS. I've been so busy that I haven't been able to coordinate... I'm sorry... Return of our ally R.BAAS‼️ Welcome back ‼️ I was able to meet you in the midst of your busy schedule. I used to go to Yonenshin often. relocated due to redevelopment. I went there for the first time in a long time. Great lineup as always. Sake that stands out from the rest One of the most outstanding sake I had never heard of this brand before... Acidity, slight sparks, full-bodied... Everything is well balanced! It was a wonderful sake! I left on the 1st ❗️ My beloved Sagaminada no Omachi: ❗️ I used my day off in lieu of work and dashed to Mr. Ohbuchi's Dash to Mr. Ohbuchi in Nishi-Hashimoto 💨 This year with Yamadanishiki... Omachi which I brewed at the brewery 3 years ago‼️ Every year it's delicious 😋! This year is exquisite ❗️ as every time! Sweet in a second❗️ delicious❗️ rich❗️ salty❗️ salty❗️ soooo 🤣 At the end of the month, I'll be at BASS ‼️ I would like to deliver it. I always drink it every year when it gets cold 🍶. It was Tasake's special junmai that got me hooked on sake. I got hooked on sake when I was a youngster. When I was young, I didn't like Yamahai because it was too sour. But now that I am older, I understand the taste of Yamahai. Tasake Yamahai's acidity is delicious 😋😋 Hot sake 🍶...hmmm...here it is‼️ It's so good 😋. I put it in the fridge to quit after one gong. I put it away in the fridge but took it out again...ended up with 3 gou 🤣. I have an early day tomorrow, so I'm going to go now...
