It was very alcohol-y right after I opened it, but it starts to clear up after the second glass. According to the attached taste chart, it is sharp and refreshing. Sake meter +4.0 Acidity 1.4 Amino acidity 1.3 Alcohol 15 Light, dry taste with a refreshing crispness. A faint aroma of rice lingers in the nose. When you shake it after drinking about half of it, the rice aroma seems to have increased. The sharpness of the flavor changes from a feeling that comes while drinking to a feeling that comes slowly after drinking.
