Very slight bubbles on the first day of opening. Deliciously sweet with a slight bitterness. The bottle is spring!
I got it last year and wrote in the comments that it had an "estery cemedine feeling", but I don't think I felt it this year.

I went back to my parents' house for the weekend and bought it at the airport.
All of the Fukkomachi are delicious, but I couldn't find any around my house, so I brought them home 😁.
It has the alcohol taste of the original sake and the typical Fukkomachi flavor, with a refreshing estery aroma.
