Sake made with a flower yeast developed by the Junior College of Agriculture. Is it less sweet than Princess Michiko, a yeast developed by the University of Agriculture, which we have had? Clear, alcoholic and easy to drink. Cemedine type.

My colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. It's always good to show off your love of alcohol 😁. I just got it for the first time last month at a nearby restaurant, but I guess it's fate. It was delicious.

This is the first brand I have had as a recommendation from the liquor store. It has a bubbly taste, and as the temperature rises, it has an alcoholic taste. It has a bitter taste, so it is refreshing but not light. It is sharp and has little sweetness.

Challenge Series. Sake made with brewer's yeast. But, I mean, it still tastes like divine lightning 😊. Good balance of bitterness and sourness.

This is the 3rd bottle this season. Still have one bottle in stock 😆 Holder I wondered how many years it has been since I started drinking this... so I went back to the analog record before Sake no Wa... R1BY, 60% rice polishing ratio. It was different from now! R2BY What a 5 bottles I drank lol R3BY: Polishing ratio 65% from here on. I drank 4 bottles in total. R4BY Maybe I will drink 4 bottles.

I bought this bottle when I visited the brewery the other day. Why do I feel it has a stronger sense of original sake than the one I had that day? Is it my physical condition? It is delicious with sweetness, bitterness, and a darker flavor.

I recently purchased a bottle at the brewery's store. I wondered how it would taste with 80% polished rice, but it was quite clear, partly because it was dry and had a strong alcohol taste. It is delicious. It is truly "Umakara" 😆. I should have bought more.

I was wondering if I should drink the Risshun morning pressing (Senkou & Kouji) I got today or drink it from stock and this is the result of my amida 😆. Soft, clear, light and elegant. Moderate sweetness and bitterness felt in the aftertaste. When the temperature is raised a little, you can feel more flavor and sweetness, very tasty. ‼︎‼︎

Kaiseki + Pairing Course @Kinoene omoya The most effervescent sake I had today. 16%, but it feels light. I will buy and drink this again.

Kaiseki + Pairing Course @ Kinonenomoya Very slightly effervescent, elegant aroma. Beautiful and clear, is it Yamadanishiki? We had two sashimi, one of which looked like shaved ice 😆.

Kaiseki + Pairing Course @ Kinonene omoya The second course was paired with unfiltered nama sake. Slightly effervescent, with a taste typical of nama sake. It is crisp, but the alcohol is not harsh, and it has a nice, square taste.

This is a classic. Slightly effervescent, well-balanced bitterness and flavor. Second bottle this season💕 I looked back to see when I drank it last month... and how could I forget to post it 😱The first bottle was on January 7.
