Typical umami-sweet type in my opinion. The aroma is gorgeous, and the ginjo aroma fills the mouth. Delicious. Next year is the year of the rabbit. I think I will prepare two hares for New Year's 😆.

First visit in a long time. I paired my usual course with Kikusen, another brand from Tasake no Kura. It is a daiginjo made from 40% polished Yamadanishiki rice. It has a sweetness and bitterness of rice with a hint of ginjo aroma.

New Year's party #2. Maybe it's because I drank it after the Kudokurigatte, but the Danrei type seemed a little lacking... I think I would have enjoyed it more if I drank it by itself, because it is refreshing and easy to pair with food. The order is important.

New Year's Party Part 1. 11% milled rice, breaking the rules😆. Of course, no miscellaneous taste, you can feel the deliciousness of the rice and it has a lingering aftertaste. Very elegant. Delicious 💕!
