This is my first drink. I bought this Tochigi sake 🍶 on a trip to Nasu. It is a junmai ginjo, but it has a rich sweetness like a daiginjo. It is a junmai ginjo, but it has a rich sweetness like a daiginjo. It feels a little too sweet for me, I would like to try Junmai sake next time!

One of only two sake breweries in Kagoshima Prefecture Nishi Sake Brewery boasts a 170-year history. 👏. We found Tenpyo in Tokyo, which we drank when we went on a trip to Kagoshima. It is still delicious. We also felt the deliciousness of Junmai rice, though somehow. Kagoshima has a culture of shochu, but sake is also good. We recommend it.

I heard they use "white koji" for all the koji. My stupid tongue can't taste the flavor (citric acid) of white koji, but it was delicious. The price is a little bit expensive (3000 yen for a four-pack bottle), but it is a good drink. Thank you very much.
