⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 17%. Rice polishing ratio 57 Junmai Ginjo Shu This is the first time to drink. It has a refreshing taste like Niigata. It has a refreshing flavor, which is typical of Niigata, plus a mildness that is probably due to the snow chamber storage sake. It is milder than Hakkaisan's snow chamber sake. Thank you very much for your kindness.

I LOVE Sake Shinmasa Autumn Cherry Blossom (Cosmos) Junmai Ginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 13%. Rice polishing ratio 55% (Modified Nobukou) Junmai sake This is my first drink. Akizakura It is very rich. It is easy to drink at its best. I have never had such a rich junmai sake. It's a very rich junmai sake 😆. It's a Junmai Daiginjo in terms of mouthfeel. I can understand why I can't drink it often. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Akabu Aizan Junmai Ginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 15 Polishing ratio 50% (Aizan) Comparison with Jyushidai. Impression of Akabu It is easy to drink, but to be honest, I thought that a regular Akabu Junmai Ginjo would have been delicious enough without Aizan. Jyushidai is a quintessential Aizan, with a depth of flavor and aroma that you can enjoy after drinking. Next time, I will try Akabu Yamadanishiki. I will try Yamada Nishiki from Akabu next. I'll try it next 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

Jyushidai Junmai Ginjo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius Polishing ratio 50% (domestic rice) I finally opened a mouthful of the treasure I won. It was the first time I drank it. My impression is Yes, it is easy to drink. Of course it has a sweet aroma because it is a ginjo, I thought it was a very popular brand. I wonder when I can drink it again. ⁉️ I'll drink it carefully so as not to spoil the flavor. I will drink it with care 😆.

Natsuyago Junmai Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 18%. Polishing ratio 65% (domestic rice) 100% Yamadanishiki This is the first time I have had this sake. At 18% alcohol by volume, it is slightly higher than most sake. The mouthfeel is clean and sharp. It was like a Junmai sake. ✌️ It goes well with Japanese food 🍣. Easy to drink. ‼️

Keisaku Junmai Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 16%. Polishing ratio 60% (domestic rice) I drank it for the first time. The moment I drank it, I thought Oh, is it sweet? It has a fruity feeling, but then the sharpness of Junmai sake spreads in your mouth. ✌️ It goes well with Japanese food 🍣. Easy to drink. ‼️ The price is only about 3,000 yen for a bottle, which is great for the cost. Next time I want to try 寫樂's Daiginjo. I'm looking forward to trying the next one 😛.

Tazake Kojoshu (brewed sake from rice wine) ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 16 Rice polishing ratio 70%. Oh, it's sweet. ❤️ Tasake: This sake is made from special junmai sake. It tastes good, but it seems to be fattening. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 😋. I compared it with Tobiroki (Junmai Daiginjo). I definitely prefer Tobiroki. Tasake (Kijoshu) is quite sweet, so even those who don't like sake can enjoy it.

I LOVE sake HIROKI ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alcohol content 16%. Rice Polishing Ratio 40% Koji rice (Yamadanishiki) Kake rice 50% (Yamadanishiki) Comparison with Tobiroki Junmai Ginjo: ❤️ The Daiginjo had a refined taste with a moderate fruity flavor. It was a very elegant drink. It was a very elegant drink with a fruity taste. If we were to compare it to Junmai Ginjo, it would be more polished and refreshing and easy to drink 😛. There are many trendy, sweet junmai ginjos out there, Tobiroki is a very authentic Junmai-Ginjo. Seriously delicious 👌

I bought it after hearing a couple at a liquor store conversing about how delicious it was. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamada-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 65 It is almost a ginjo rather than a junmai sake. It's fruity. Great price and all 😃. This is my first time to drink sake from Aichi prefecture and I'm impressed. I'm sure I'll be back for more.
