At "Genson", a must stop by when I return to Sendai. We were served birth sake from the newest brewery in Japan, Iraka Sake Brewery! Everything at Genson is really delicious, starting with the meat tofu. I like the tofu so much that I am tempted to order it in individual portions, but I am told not to because I have too many other things to eat. Another exciting point is that you can see the process of making the tofu from the counter. The Sendai miso rice balls, which are made and seared in front of you before being served, are a sin. I was so addicted to it that I ate it at a convenience store.

I was excited by the pinku-colored sake! Despite its appearance, it was a very dry sake. I had a strong image of shochu in Kyushu, so I was happy to check in for the first time with sake as well 😆. The oden was so tender that it was nice to be able to taste the sake as well.

Slightly carbonated and spicy, as is typical of freshly squeezed raw sake. The aroma is fruity and light on the palate. It reminded me of muscat, watermelon, and hassaku! I thought the aftertaste was gin-like, was it the spiciness or the alcohol? I bought it when I went home for New Year's holidays and let it age a lot 🦭I really like this sake: ‼︎

The sweetness of the sake-like taste of rice is almost zero, and the first thing you say when you drink it is, "What is this? The mellow aroma that passes through the nose is unique. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing. Is there a slight bitterness? Is it similar to wine? I thought so. I saw in another review that it goes well with cake! I thought so, and downed it with datemaki. At first I was a little disappointed, but the aftertaste made me feel satisfied! But the aftertaste made me feel satisfied!

It's 20 degrees Celsius and has a lot of flavor. Dark and crisp, but sweet enough. A sake that will win over your food. Absolutely! With the hiya de. It's easy to sneeze when drinking strong sake🤧.

My father bought it at Tamura Sake Shop! He said it was made from the same Akita sake as Kariho. It is a sinking type without any habit. It has no gassy feeling and is refreshingly smooth. It is dangerous to drink so much 🫠. I heard there is a sake fraternity. I like that.

The aroma is rich and delicious from the moment the bottle is opened. It already looks delicious. The drink is balanced, with a thick and sharp taste. I chose this bottle while talking with the guy at the store. I liked the fact that he gave me a real review.

I told them I like sparkling type and they recommended it to me! The sweetness is not too strong, which is a nice gap from the package!

After a long absence, I went to Sendai, the place of my memories. I gathered up my courage and tried drinking alone for the first time. It was a good decision to go there when it opened! I took a position at the counter right in front of the waitress thinking I could talk to her or something, but I couldn't talk at all 🤣. I read that Tetorigawa is refreshing and clear, so I ordered my first katsuo and it went perfectly with it 🥰 I was the one who was blushing since 4:00 pm! I'm addicted to this.... I'll drink alone again!
