When I mentioned that I liked summer sake and autumn sake, they served me this autumn sake. I had thought that autumn sake was supposed to have a dark, mellow aroma, but I heard that there are many kinds of autumn sake. This was a sake that consisted of about 95% of my favorite elements. There was something sharp about the other 5%. I don't remember what it was.

Vintage drinking comparison. The 2021 was more acidic, while the 2020 was fuller and had a little acidity in it. The 2021 is good, but the 2020 is by far my favorite.

Left to the shopkeeper. The sake described as having a lactic acid bacteria aroma. It is clear and has a slightly yellowish color. It has a strong aroma of Yakult (lactic acid bacteria). It has a pleasant sensation in the throat and on the tongue. It has a Yakult-like sourness, but it has a Yakult-like taste. The aftertaste or the aroma that remains in the mouth is also Yakult. Interesting.
