The yeast is still alive in this raw sake! Neige Blanc means "white snow", but it's summer and I thought it might be a sandy beach. It is a cloudy sake with a bit of sourness, but it is easy to drink. It went well with boiled tuna.

Himonora, a sake with the motif of Shizuoka's Nessie-like creature! It is a dry, crisp sake with a surprisingly strong sweetness that goes well with fish. It went better with fatty fish than light ones!

The plum wine was very refreshing and the aroma of jasmine, or rather the light that is in the bottle with it, was very refreshing. I drank it with soda, and it was the perfect plum wine for summer!

I started drinking it after I was sober enough to make a drinker's takoyaki with octopus marinated in olive oil and oysters in oil. This is exactly what he brought me after visiting and buying a bottle of sweet Sukkiri! It goes well with seafood too!

A friend of mine brought this over for a drink at home. I heard it is only available in Niigata. Sweet, refreshing and easy to drink Easy to drink, but it makes it a little bit hard to drink... Not too bad, but it's a bit hard on the legs... I'm afraid of drinking at home? It's delicious, so I'll drink it! I was stuck in a loop.

It has a unique sweetness that is very rum-like or Shaoxing-like, and is recommended for those who like sweet things (not for those who like sweet things). It is not a good match for heshiko or iburigoga, but it goes surprisingly well with meat!

We were served a brand of sake that is only available at a certain izakaya called Mari! It is an easy to drink sake with a little bit of sake-like flavor that makes you feel like you've had sake!

Comparison of Clear and Clear Dry I preferred the dry one, which is slightly fizzy, sweet and easy to drink anyway, but has a slightly cleaner aftertaste. I guess I overindulged!

It was delicious! I chose this drink based on my memory of how delicious it was! I doubt if it is the same as my memory, but it was delicious! It was dry. Sake and sashimi go so well together! The potherb mustard and sea bream sashimi went down a treat! Dry sake is dangerous because it is so easy to drink!

When I asked for a recommendation for a dry sake, the two choices were Mazan and this one, so I went with the one I had never had before! It was mildly dry but easy to drink and went well with fried food! The cartilage and fried octopus were both delicious... calories? I melted before the delicious food!

I got a chance to sip it right after opening the package! I was lucky. The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it was sweet. But after that, a fresh flavor follows it. I interpreted it as if it was like an ink painting.

It's a sake for the recovery from the torrential rain in Niigata. Sake with a sparkling aftertaste, as if it contains carbonation. It has a sweet taste, but it doesn't linger.

I happened to see a sparkling sake, so I bought it! I thought it would be sweet like Mio, but I was surprised to find it was a Japanese sake! I was a little surprised! The alcohol content is about 14%, but it's easy to drink! It goes well with the fat from the yakitori, and it refreshes the palate, so it goes down easy. The unique flavor of sake is a little weak, but I would recommend it to those who want to enjoy the atmosphere in a casual way.
