Sweet like a peach, fruity and easy to drink like a wine. I can't believe it's a Japanese sake! It's amazing how much sweetness you can get from the rice alone.
It smells really good, with a strong oaky aroma! The aroma is gorgeous on the palate! Dry but easy to drink. One Cup likes this one! Ate's persimmon cheese was the best I've ever tasted, happy!
It's easy to drink, but it's decently rich and tastes like rice!
Raw liquor is for restaurants only! The Sanwa variety, famous for its goodies, did not make a raw product that was difficult to store. Ga! It was decided to make it only for restaurants that could manage it properly. (We talked to Maruta Sake Shop and bought the refrigerator.)

Takagiya x Maruta Sake Shop produce
For some reason people in Oita Prefecture tend not to drink Oita's local sake, but this sake was created in the hope that more people in Oita will enjoy it. The packaging has been daringly fancy, but it's not as stylish as it should be.
White koji (citric acid, etc.) gives it a sour taste that's almost sweet and very tasty! It has a refreshing aftertaste.
It is made from white koji and all of it is made from "Oita Mitsui", a rice native to Oita Prefecture.
