It is tangy and spicy, with a richness that lingers to the end. I think it is a typical sake. I like it very much.

I had it at an inn in Beppu during a trip to Kyushu.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, with a moderate taste, aroma, and throat clearing.
This is the first time I have had a local sake from Kyushu. It is fun to drink sake without knowing what kind of character it has.

I think I bought it at a roadside station vine in Yamanashi prefecture.
First impression is good water. Next, the rich rice flavor spreads on the palate, and finally comes the assertion, "I am an alcoholic! comes the assertion. By that time, you notice a slight lingering taste on the tongue.
It is the kind of sake that makes you want another sip after you take one sip. I like this one.
