Mysterious experience. (1) Hakkaisan Daiginjyo, with a gusto, but the flavor of the rice seems to be concentrated. Delicious. (Left) (2) Junmai Daiginjo, also from Hakkaizan, is light in the mouth and seems to go well with cheese, with a deep flavor. Some may find it a bit heavy. Delicious. (Right) This is where it starts to get strange. When I drank from (1) to (2), I felt that (2) was tastier, but when I went back to (1) again, I felt that (1) was tastier.., So they are both tasty drinks!

When the bottle was opened, the cork flew open with great force, just like champagne. Pouring it out, it was like a sparkling wine. At a low 13 degrees, it is surprisingly easy to drink, even for a sake beginner. It is so easy to drink that one wonders if it is really sake, but one can taste the sweetness of the rice. I finished it in one day. I would like to try this sake again.

The best sake in the world is made by the Naohiko Noguchi Institute! The aroma starts with a fruity melon-like flavor. It starts with a fruity aroma like melon, and the rice flavor hits you hard in the back of the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing and you can drink more and more.

Purchased for Father's Day. It is good with a brewer's character of Kuheiji. I recommend drinking it in a wine glass. The acidity comes forward a little on the second day, and the bitterness on the third day, but it is still good. The price is 3,170 yen for a 720 ml bottle.

I don't have a picture of the box because I stuck it in my notebook, but it came in a very gorgeous lacquered box. 35% pure Solzan-Nishiki from Tojo, Shinagawa Prefecture Jun-Yu-Ginjyo Japanese sake degree +4.0 Alcohol content 16%. [Limited Edition] This sake is famous as a fantastic sake. It is very delicious. It has a melon-like sweetness and a refreshing sharpness. It is best within 2 days of opening the bottle. The price is 11,000 yen for 720ml. This is a super-premium sake.

It was recommended to me by a shopkeeper when I was looking for Jikkomai at Ise Okage Yokocho. 3,300 yen for 720ml of high quality sake. It is a good and comfortable sake similar to "brewer Kuheiji". I would like to encounter it again.

A gorgeous sake made with PM-1, a rose yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture. It has a subtle aroma. The sweetness melts in your mouth. Delicious.

Purchased at Ise Okage Yokocho. Sake with a slight effervescence, similar to "Kunoshinin Kuheiji" (brewer's sake). The tingling sensation of the bubbles is nice. The limit is 2 to 3 days after opening the bottle. After that, the taste decreases rapidly and it starts to smell like alcohol.

100% Hokkaido "Comet", Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol 15%, Water for brewing: Otaru Tenguyama subsoil water. During a trip to Hokkaido, I decided to taste it at the Tanaka Sake Brewery in Otaru. The bottle is a beautiful blue color.
